The reason we liked it was wonderful staff and rooms. The lovely onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

We spend 3 nights in Lisbon lovely. Hospitable and helpful staff as one would expect. Air conditioned and spotless rooms, just what was needed.

Nice location and staff, I loved this suitable hotel. The bedroom was spacious, and the bed was big. The pool was excellent and there were a sauna and umbrellas. The venue was in a main touristic area. Also, an ornate triumphal arch was max 5 minutes walk to.

Outstanding meal and decent service. The double room that we stayed in was huge and decent. We had an absolutely superb castle view. Very clean pool area with a sauna and umbrellas, really enjoyed this place.

Attractive place, fine beds, pretty friendly staff. Silent rooms with a gorgeous view. We ate in the average restaurant which was moderately priced. The pool was good and the garden — lovely. Moreover, it had parking nearby. We had decent time at the hotel and would like to come again.

Stunning location, stylish building, we liked bright rooms. The breakfast was excellent with lots of lovely food on offer. Booked a room with magnificent views. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. Fast check-in, fast check-out;))

Hotel's lobby was pleasant, I appreciated it. They offered me absolutely perfect breakfast with no eggs. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Baixa / Chiado district. The airport was 0.5 miles away from here, reasonably good location.

The location in the heart of Lisbon was spectacular, room was very stunning and individual. Funky style hotel with tasteful furniture in the rooms.

The breakfast was super and the location was optimal. The pleasantly furnished room had all the necessary facilities, terrace, double glazed windows and dresser. The staff were ready to help, made our stay really amazing. Being very close to el rei d'frango was nice, we had dinner there.

Food was appetising, impeccable staff, bed was comfy. Our room was extra comfy and absolutely stunning. The alcoholic drinks in honesty bar were very welcome. Overall, free wifi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

Extraordinary and so clean place with PROFESSIONAL staff. It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room and that's great. The view was good enough btw.

We could see the city from our window. Central location. Worth its 4 stars...

It is a gorgeous hotel. The property is in the old district. Moreover, a waterside public plaza was 10 minutes' walk away. We were surprised by the garden too...

Restaurante Carmo, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel. We enjoyed casa balthazar from the moment we entered.
